Demonstration Team NTS 2003
Preparing to begin the Demonstration after being introduced and performing their entry drills (see below).
Left - Each of the groups, based on their rank, performed
a kata to music. Here the middle ranks are doing Pinan Shodan in a ripple
drill. The lower ranking group performed Kihon Kata Four and the highest
group did Kusanku Sho in a double line facing each other. It was pretty
thrilling to watch the jump going between the lines!.
The Kids entered in pairs and performed a quick kumite
type drill. The Orange belt is about to duck under a crescent kick before
throwing her partner..
